El Campanario mirador de la Basílica de Santa María de Elche consta de 170 escalones hasta su parte más alta, encontrándose en el recorrido tres estancias para descansar. Cada una de estas estancias corresponden a las habitaciones donde, hasta los años treinta del pasado siglo, vivió el campanero y su familia.

Actualmente, en la primera y segunda estancia, hay dos exposiciones fotográficas sobre la fachada principal de la Basílica y sobre las vidrieras del templo, así como paneles explicativos sobre el origen del Misteri d'Elx.

En la tercera sala se encuentran las campanas del templo, así como distintos paneles explicativos de cada una de ellas, de la Nit de L´Albà y de los patrimonios de la humanidad ilicitanos, el Palmeral y el Misteri.

En la cima de la torre, en el exterior, podremos contemplar una panorámica de la ciudad.
